| Wine making | Produced only in the best vintages that allow us to guarantee an excellent Merlot, with selection in the rows thanks to the manual harvest of the bunches. It then follows a manual sorting and destemming at the entrance to the cellar. The grapes are then placed in French oak barrels to ferment, rather than in steel vats, so as to fix more colors and aromas, while being careful to control the fermentation temperature. |
