Description
Still white wine from Greco di Tufo DOCG, 13.5% ABV, 100% Greco di Tufo, produced by Tenute Capaldo. 2021 vintage, 0.75 liter bottle. A project initiated by Antonio Capaldo, president of Feudi di San Gregorio, to showcase Campania's native grape varieties. The grapes come from San Paolo. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Aged 80% in delicately toasted tonneaux and the remaining 20% in amphorae for one year, followed by further bottle aging. Aromas of acacia blossoms on the nose, accompanied by mineral notes. Golden in color. On the palate, the wine is pleasant and refined.
