Still red wine from Tuscany, 14.5% ABV, produced by Biserno. Blend: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot. 0.75L bottle, 2021 vintage. A wine born from the passion and experience of a winery that has made quality its hallmark. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully vinified, then aged for 15 months in new French oak barriques and 12 months in bottle. On the nose, intense and elegant nuances of red fruits, tobacco, licorice, and incense blend into a complex and captivating bouquet. Deep ruby red color. Majestic, full-bodied on the palate, balanced in its tannins and suppleness, with a very long finish on pleasant spicy notes.

| Harvest | The entire harvest is done by hand in 15 kg crates. Mid-September to early October. |
| Wine making | The grapes are strictly sorted on a vibrating belt in the cellar. They are then destemmed and softly pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 3 to 4 weeks at 28 °C. Malolactic fermentation takes place in 80% barriques and 20% in stainless steel. |
