Description

Pinot Bianco has been part of the Sanct Valentin top line since 2001. Extremely low yields from single, carefully selected vineyard plots ensure that from these grapes, which for a long time have been unjustly undervalued, a lively, energetic top wine can be vinified. Aged in wood, it is characterised on the one hand by strength and fullness, and on the other by clarity and fine minerality. Its longevity testifies to a quality that is extraordinary.
