Description

The name of this wine derives from the hill, owned by the Spagnol family and known as “Col del Sas” in the town of Valdobbiadene, where it is produced. Col del Sas Spumante is produced to express the best qualities of the grapes from the various company vineyards spread throughout the territory of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG. This extraordinarily fine and harmonic Extra Dry exalts the character of the grapes.

Vidor, in the heart of Conegliano, the production area of Spumante Valdobbiadene Docg, is home to Azienda Agricola Spagnol, run by Orazio and his sons. It has been a family business since 1986, when a family of simple farmers decided to become wine producers.

The passion for this land and this work has become a philosophy of life over the years handed down from father to son, from grandfather Saule to the present day. For some years now, the company has been managed by Orazio, his wife Loreta and their sons Stefano, Marco, Alberto and Mattia.
