Since 1987 we have decided to devote ourselves entirely to wine growing. The Skerk winery is located on the Karst plateau halfway between Trieste and Monfalcone, about 3km from the sea. It is a hilly area, in some respects arid and difficult, where every vine grown has been taken from the lap of a strong, but at the same time welcoming and generous nature with a mild and temperate climate. It is in this reality that the company is developing, which with hard work and many sacrifices is dedicated to the cultivation of high-density vines, focusing on the quality of the grapes and taking care of the ageing of the wine, in the best vintages, in oak barrels.
