Description
Still white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 13.5% ABV, produced by Sirch Azienda Agricola. 100% Pinot Grigio, 2023 vintage. A wine born from the passion of a family that has been producing quality wines in the Colli Orientali del Friuli since 1970. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The resulting must undergoes low-temperature static decantation before being fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. After fermentation, the wine remains on the lees in the tanks for several months, periodically stirring them back into suspension. At the end of this period, it is bottled and aged in the bottle before being released for sale. Elegant, complex, and enveloping, with floral aromas of jasmine and white wisteria blending with notes of ripe fruit, apricot, melon, and white peach, all highlighted by balsamic notes. Bright yellow with light pink reflections, complex and harmonious, fresh and enveloping, with an elegant sapidity that gives freshness and persistence with an aftertaste of citrus and white fruit.
