Champagne 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut, produced by Sadi Malot in the Champagne region. A Blanc de Blancs that expresses the purity of Chardonnay, with a fine perlage and a bouquet evoking notes of citrus marmalade, honey, and fresh bread. Sadi Malot, founded in honor of Sadi, the founder's brother, is a historic name in Champagne. Straw yellow with greenish highlights, it is rich, persistent, and creamy on the palate.

It all began with Socrates Malot, the founder of Sadi Champagne. As a tribute to his brother Sadi, so called because he was born on the day Sadi Carnot (French president from 1887 to 1894) was assassinated and died during the First World War, he gave his company and his son this historically significant name.

Today, his great-grandson carries on the name and continues to work with his father. Read more
