Description
Charmat method extra dry sparkling rosé wine, produced by RossoVermiglio in Campania. 100% Aglianico blend. 0.75 l bottle. A sparkling rosé wine born in the lush Sannio countryside, an area with a millennia-old winemaking tradition. Soft pressing of the grapes and racking of the must in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation in autoclave at 14-15 degrees C. Aged on the lees for approximately 6 months, followed by another 2 months in the bottle. Complex bouquet with intense and persistent aromas of wild strawberries, tropical fruit, apple, cherry, pomegranate, and floral notes of rose petals and white flowers. Distinctive pink color with purple highlights. The effervescence lends freshness and savory flavors. Intense and persistent flavors of wild red fruits.
