Description
Aromatic still white wine from Collio, in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 13.5% ABV, produced by Ronco dei Tassi. 100% Malvasia Bianca, 2023 vintage. A wine that expresses the soul of Collio, with its minerality and intense aromas. The company's production philosophy is based primarily on rigorous attention to cultivation and vineyard training systems, with quality and quantity controls that allow the grapes to be processed in the cellar in the healthiest and most natural way possible. Aged in stainless steel. The earthy mineral notes pair well with hints of ginger, medicinal herbs, broom flowers, and moss. Bright straw-yellow color. Fruity aromas include ripe and fragrant golden apples and yellow peaches. The palate is enveloping, balanced, and full-bodied, with a pleasantly bitterish finish.
