Description
Still white wine from Burgundy, 12.5% ABV, produced by Domaine Lavantureux. 100% Chardonnay, 2022 vintage. A Chablis Premier Cru that expresses all the intensity of its terroir, the fruit of a family tradition passed down since the 17th century. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks to control the temperature and achieve maximum finesse and precision of aromas. Aged 50% in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruitiness, and 50% in new 5-wine barrels. Barrel aging lends the wine complexity and depth. Citrus notes stand out on the nose, and the palate confirms an extraordinary mineral intensity.
