Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced by Cantina Roccafiore, Umbria region, 2024 vintage. 0.50 l bottle. An oil born from a passion for the land and sustainability. On the nose, it is fruity and herbaceous, with notes of artichoke leaves, celery, and wild garlic, with hints of chicory. Roccafiore EVO oil is emerald green with golden highlights. Bitterness and spiciness are perfectly balanced on the palate, with a slightly bitter almond finish.
