| Wine making | The grapes are harvested by hand in boxes choosing only the perfectly ripe and healthy grapes. The wine is made separately for each variety in temperature controlled stainless steel with a maceration of 30 days. This is followed by malolactic fermentation immediately after racking. |
| Aging | It is aged for 12 months in 350 liter tonneau in French oak barrels of first and second pass. |
