Charmat method brut white sparkling wine from Burgundy, 11.5% ABV, produced by Pierre Ponnelle. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle. A Blanc de Blancs that embodies the elegance and tradition of the Maison Pierre Ponnelle, founded in 1875. The aging cellars are located in the basement of the Cathedral of Notre Dame de Beaune. Fine and pleasant perlage. Fruity and elegant on the nose, with a full, rounded flavor and a velvety finish.
