Description
Extra Brut Champagne from the prestigious Pierre Paillard estate, a family-run winery founded in 1946 in Bouzy. 0.75L bottle, 2012 vintage. A blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay that perfectly expresses the elegance and complexity of the Champagne terroir. Fine perlage, antique gold color. Notes of quince jam on the nose, accompanied by notes of brioche, milk chocolate, and caramel. On the palate, the wine is creamy, fresh, and persistent, a unique sensory experience. Ideal with seafood, oysters, fish, hard cheeses, and appetizers.
