Description
The Pinot Noir vineyards are located in the Sinio hills at approximately 550 meters above sea level, and the area falls within the "Alta Langa" denomination. Paolo is taking a challenge to understand the potential of Pinot Noir, a traditional Burgundy grape grown in the Langa region. The wine is fermented in the bottle for 24 to 36 months. We favor a slightly more advanced maturation period to achieve good acidity and balance, resulting in a good structure and a body with great persistence.
