Description
A unique and authentic wine that comes from our 30/35 year old vineyards in the municipalities of Sinio and Roddino. These vineyards give rise to elegant but at the same time very decisive wines. Vinification is traditional and the wine is carefully placed in French Burgundy oak barrels for one year. These tonneaux are partly new and partly used ( 1, 2, 3 and 4 years old ) in equal percentages so that each barrel evolves differently with aromas and sensations that will then turn into great complexity and aromas after the final blending. The wine can already be drunk immediately but has such a structure that it can be aged for several years without any problems.
