Description
For Merlot Drago Rosso, the vineyards with the most important sun exposure are selected to ensure the perfect ripening of the fruit. Subsequently, the grapes are left on the vine for slight over-ripening, which gives the wine a decisive aromatic charge and an enveloping structure.

The vineyards, lovingly cared for like gardens, are immersed in the harmonious rural landscape that evokes ancient traditions and cultures. Centuries later, the Republic of Venice imported the 'noble drink', which was traded throughout its domain.
It is precisely in the Lison area that artefacts have recently been found that bear witness to the area's oenological past. Read more
