A rosé born in the heart of Salento, from Negro Amaro and Ottavianello grapes, grown with passion by the Marangelli family. The grapes undergo cryomaceration and the must ferments in stainless steel. Aged for 2 months in stainless steel and 2 months in bottle. A captivating nose with nuances of raspberry, peach, and cardamom, along with floral notes of wild rose. A pale crystalline pink in the glass, it is full-bodied and fleshy, balancing freshness and savoryness with a hint of bitterness in the finish.

Roots and contamination: with these words we would like to tell you the story of Menhir, a winery and farm based between Bagnolo del Salento and Palmariggi, in that corner between land and sea that embraces Maglie and Otranto, in the heart of Terra d'Otranto in Apulia.

The Marangelli family and company founder Gaetano are daily committed to enhancing the magnificent territory, working to tell the world about the taste, history, and identity of this land.

Terra d'Otranto is both a Denomination of Controlled Origin and the toponym of a land of stones that become myths, stones that have shaped its history and identity and that today are the fulcrum of a project to be handed down to future generations. Our project.

It is with great pleasure that we announce that our:

- N° Zero Negroamaro 22

received the Quality Price Award in Gambero Rosso's Berebene 2024, a guide dedicated to the best Italian wines within 20 euros.
