Description
This Nebbiolo is made from grapes of the most delicate consistency, from our various youngest and most exuberant vineyards in the communes of La Morra and Monforte d'Alba, as well as in the Roero, vinified together with short fermentations to highlight the freshest and most fruity notes.

| Wine making | Maceration with the skins in steel vats at a controlled temperature for 6 days, then the wine is drawn off and alcoholic fermentation is completed in stainless steel (about 20 days) where, keeping the temperature controlled, malolactic fermentation also takes place. |
