Description
Still white Etna DOC, 13% ABV, produced by Mandrarossa (Settesoli) in Sicily, 2024 vintage. A wine born on the slopes of Etna, where the native Carricante grape variety best expresses its characteristics. The grapes are carefully vinified, with slow fermentation at a controlled temperature. Aged in steel silos for 13-15 months at approximately 14 degrees C. On the nose, it presents a pleasant finesse, with hints of yellow fruit and notes of white flowers. Straw yellow in color with golden reflections. On the palate, it is broad and rich, with balanced acidity and a harmonious finish.
