Description
Saint Joseph Blanc Les Granits, a biodynamic still white from the Rhône, 13% ABV, produced by M. Chapoutier. 100% Marsanne, 2021 vintage. A wine that embodies the philosophy of a producer who seeks to reflect the full potential of his terroirs. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully vinified, with part fermented in vats and the other in large wooden barrels. Aged on the lees for 8-10 months, with frequent stirring. Mineral with floral nuances of honeysuckle and lily when young, Tabasco, wax, and honey. Golden yellow in color. Balanced, a very harmonious wine with a subtle spicy finish that transforms into honey with age.
