Description
Aromatic still white wine from Emilia-Romagna, 13% ABV, produced by Lungoparma. 100% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, 0.75 L bottle. A wine that expresses the typical characteristics of the Malvasia grape, with an intense aroma and a distinctive flavor. Vinification occurs in two stages to obtain a wine rich in aromas. The wine undergoes two different processes: one part is aged in small stainless steel tanks and the other part in barriques to enrich its aromas. The aroma, with hints of white flowers, immediately identifies the Malvasia grape. Deep straw yellow color. On the palate, good acidity combines with a unique minerality, making this wine very distinctive.
