From this winery
L'Etoile presents its wines and natural sweet wines of Protected Designation of Origin: Banyuls, Banyuls Grand Cru and Collioure.

Our founding fathers were able to convey to us their passion for vine and wine and the values ??of cooperation.

After the revolt of the winemakers of 1905, the founding fathers, 12 in total, had as objective the direct sale of the production to the individuals. This project was only possible after the Great War (1914-1918). In 1921, this company was finally born, and the founding fathers were able to express their talent in this majestic cellar.

To aging the great wines, great thunderbolts were transported by the sea from the center of France. Proudly displaying the Catalan colors, these great thunderbolts, fashioned by the contemporaries of Marcellin Albert, Raymond Pointcarré and Jean Jaures, still contain our oldest vintages; The cuvées of several decades which made the reputation of l'Etoile within and far from the Roussillon borders.

To ensure marketing, the Etoile wine cellar has participated since its inception at the most famous fairs and fairs in particular the salons of Paris, of which it is decorated each year of numerous medals: The guarantee of a virtually centenary quality.

Nowadays still the great majority of the members of our cellar are the descendants of our founders and are always attached to make their Etoile shine.
