Description
Colle dei Marmi is the name of the road that runs along the first vineyard planted on the farm and also the name of the first cultivation and vinification of Fiano experimented in the Castelli Romani in modern times. Given the characteristics of the soil in which this vine finds its best expression, we could not fail to try this cultivation along the slopes of the Lazio Volcano. The aging of Colle dei Marmi, whose production is limited, lasts 1 year longer than other wines.
