A Derthona Timorasso that celebrates the excellence of this native Piedmontese grape, with the passion and expertise that distinguish La Spinetta winery. Vineyards in the municipalities of Montemarzino, Montegioco, and Monleale. Climate: Altitude: 350-400 m above sea level. Exposure: South/West, South/East. Soil composition: Marly limestone, clay, tending towards sandy. Destemming and soft pressing; followed by alcoholic fermentation in small steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is left to rest on its fine lees for approximately 8 months, before being filtered and bottled, where it ages for a further 3 months.
