Description
Still organic white wine from the Loire, Sancerre AOC, 13% ABV, produced by Henri Bourgeois. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. 0.75L bottle, 2024 vintage. For 10 generations, the Bourgeois family has been passionately dedicated to viticulture, creating wines that best express their terroir. The vineyards are located on clay-limestone slopes. After decanting, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 to 18 degrees C. The wine then ages on the lees for 5 months before bottling. Pale golden yellow. Intense aromas of lime, apple, and flint on the nose. On the palate, it is soft, rounded, and well-balanced; persistent on the finish, it reveals a lovely minerality.
