From the characteristic slightly yellowish yellow color, it has a fresh nose (the apple the net) and seductive, but not soft enough. In the mouth is still fresh, with dry apple returns and mild hints of honey and smelling citrus, very pleasant as an aperitif

  • Start up year: 1875
Guinot grows and makes wine in the vineyards and wineries in Limoux from 1875, date of foundation of the winery by E. Andrieu and Gedeon Guinot. After the gold medal at the Universal Exposition in Paris in 1889 Guinot is knowed for its high quality. Today, four generations later, its tradition and its quality can be found in his Cuvée. After aging on the lees, which lasts from two to five years,and the manual remuage, the degorgement is done to the volée and not a la glace.
