Description
Still white wine from the heart of the Loire, 12.5% ABV, produced by Gitton Pere & Fils. 100% Sauvignon Blanc, 2024 vintage. A Sancerre that embodies the elegance and freshness of its terroir, with a history dating back to 1945. Aged in French oak barrels for approximately 10 months, with continuous batonnage. Bright straw yellow. Notes of broom, ripe fruit, and citrus on the nose. Mineral on the palate, full-bodied and balanced, with hints of blackcurrant and orange peel, and a long, lingering finish.
