A 2024 vintage Charmat method brut sparkling wine produced by Gabe in Veneto. A Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze, with a complex and refined bouquet, it releases hints of acacia blossoms and wisteria combined with fruity notes of Abate pear, Golden Delicious apple, and apricot. Very fine and persistent perlage. Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Elegant and aromatic, the excellent smoothness and pleasant freshness give this wine a long and persistent finish.
