A Blanc de Blancs born from Firriato's passion for excellence, a tribute to the Italian sparkling wine tradition. Fine and concentrated perlage, a riot of bubbles that caress the palate. Fresh, elegant, and complex with notes of white fruit, acacia blossoms, hazelnut, and honey, enhanced by excellent mineral notes. Golden straw yellow. Delicate, elegant, and concentrated, it expresses pleasant hints of great finesse and is characterized by exceptional persistence on the palate and good aromatic persistence.
