Description
After a long absence, we are once again proposing a rosé: vinified in the 1980s, with the 2016 vintage we are re-proposing it in a more dynamic, fresh guise in line with the style of our wines, always oriented towards pure fruit, the floral element and freshness. To the Sangiovese, a grape variety endowed with good structure and acidity, especially when harvested, as in this case, early, we have added Syrah, an extremely useful grape variety to give an exuberant thrust of ripe fruit and spices, black pepper in particular, to the nose. A decidedly more intriguing and complex mix.
