Description

Still red Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC, Abruzzo, 12.5% ABV, produced by Fantini. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Montepulciano that expresses the soul of Abruzzo, with an explosion of fruit and a bold character. The vineyards stretch from the hills to the sea, seeking perfect exposure to the sun and enjoying excellent temperature ranges. Once the grapes arrive at the cellar, they are delicately pressed and destemmed. The grapes macerate at a cold temperature for 4 days. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 24-26°C for 8-10 days. Intense, persistent, and fruity, with a strong aroma of berries. Ruby red color with garnet highlights. It is a full-bodied, well-balanced, slightly tannic wine with a clean aftertaste.
