Description
Organic still red wine from Tuscany, 14.5% ABV, produced by Duemani. Blend: 50% Cabernet Franc, 50% Merlot. 0.75L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine born from a passion for biodynamics, with spontaneous fermentation and maceration in concrete vats. Aged for 8 months in large barrels and tonneaux. Fruity, with notes of red berries, spicy with mineral and Mediterranean scrub hints. Ruby red color. Balsamic flavor, soft and with silky tannins, with a savory, fresh, and bitterish finish.
