Still red wine from Burgundy, 13% ABV, produced by René Cacheux. 100% Pinot Noir, 2021 vintage. A Vosne-Romanée that embodies the elegance and sophistication of Burgundian Pinot Noir, with a family history spanning four generations. Aged in oak barrels for 18 months (30% new barrels). The soil is clay-loam. Manual harvesting and selection. Complete destemming, fermentation in open vats with indigenous yeasts. The bouquet is intense, with aromas of red fruit and notes of morello cherry. Purple color with bright reflections. On the palate, it is broad, structured, slightly spicy, elegant, fresh, with good length.

Pairings
In 1966, the exploitation was divided between the 2 daughters of Charles and Hélène. The youngest, Jacqueline, create the René Cacheux-Blee vineyard with her husband René Cacheux. Their son Gérald, after an 18-year experience in various wine-producing farms in the region, took over from his parents in 2004. He now heads the René Cacheux & Son vineyard. Read more
