Today the vineyard, in conversion to organic farming, covers 45 hectares on the denominations Monbazillac, Bergerac and Pécharmant. The dominant grape variety - almost half of the vines - is Semillon, followed by Merlot, Merlot, Muscadelle, Sauvignon and Cabernet.
After a winemaking, Christian Roche had an awareness: to overcome himself, he had to return to the foundations, that is, to the earth and the plant to produce beautiful grapes.
