Still red Burgundy, 14% ABV, produced by Michel Arcelain. 100% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle, 2021 vintage. A Beaune 1er Cru Clos des Mouches that embodies the elegance and sophistication of Burgundy. Intense and brilliant ruby red, this wine promises an unforgettable sensory experience. Notes of red fruits (blackberry, morello cherry) are perceived on the palate, along with notes of undergrowth and a hint of licorice. Its silky texture and elegant tannins give it an unparalleled harmony on the palate. Aged in oak barrels for 22 months.

In 1889, Jules Arcelain took over the family farm and modified the plots during the phylloxera crisis.
He replanted the famous grafted grape varieties:
- Pinot Noir
-Chardonnay
He then transmitted his know-how, his knowledge and his terroir to his son who in turn passed it on to his children. The plot has therefore evolved over time and generations.
Michel Arcelain and his wife Marie-Madeleine have then operated the domain for many years.
Today, the estate is operated by their grandson Pierre Fihman-Arcelain and his wife Charlotte. Read more
