Description
A still, green red from Veneto, 14.5% ABV, produced by Diesel Farm. Blend: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. Vintage: 2017. A wine born in the Marostica hills, the fruit of Renzo Rosso's dream, using a winemaking process that respects tradition and biodiversity. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified using indigenous fermentation. Aged in wooden barriques and then transferred to stainless steel tanks, it is bottled after two years. Ample, consistent, and deep, it has a velvety aroma reminiscent of red berries, plums, and bell peppers. A wine that perfectly expresses the terroir.
