Classic method pas dosé Champagne, produced by Delavenne Pere & Fils in the Champagne region. 0.75L bottle. A pure and straightforward expression of Chardonnay, with no added sugar, enhancing the finesse and freshness of the terroir. Native and wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation, no cold pasteurization, no fining. Aged for 4 years on the lees. The nose reveals notes of citrus, white peach, sweet orange peel, and frangipani, anticipating an elegant and persistent finish.
