Description
Still white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 14.5% ABV, produced by Damijan Podversic. 100% Pinot Grigio, 2022 vintage. A Pinot Grigio that expresses the elegance and aromatics of the grape variety, with a winemaking process that enhances its unique characteristics. Fermentation takes place on the skins in truncated cone-shaped oak vats for 30 days. Aged in 5hl barrels for 2 years and in bottle for 1 year. Soft and delicate tannins with a fruity finish also found on the nose.

Today on these lands we have the most important vinyards, six hectares planted with ribolla gialla, malvasia, friulano, merlot e cabernet sauvignon.
We have another half hectare at San Floriano, planted with chardonnay, which was part of my grandfather’s holding. We have a further two hectares rented at Gradiscutta with chardonnay, malvasia e friulano. For the past twenty years we’ve had at Piedimonte another one and half hectares with friulano, chardonnay e malvasia. Read more
