Pairings
The village is built in tiers on the hillside. On its east-facing slope grow the grapes which make the most prestigious Champagnes.

We take pride in using tradional methods and reject all oeno-technological methods which standardize wines.
We also love to share our passion for Champagne through our Champagne courses. Read more
