Still red from Piedmont, produced by Colombera and Garella. 100% Nebbiolo. 0.75L bottle, 2020 vintage. A Lessona DOC made from estate-owned vineyards in the municipality of Lessona, in the heart of Alto Piemonte. Vineyard selection. Destemming and pressing. Classic fermentation without temperature control, with pumping over and delestage. Malolactic fermentation. Aged for 3 years, 24 months of which in wood (2500L barrels). The wine is blended and aged in concrete tanks for a few months. A wine that best expresses the characteristics of Nebbiolo, with unique elegance and complexity.
