Description
Blangè accounts for 12% of the Arneis produced in Piedmont. One falls in love with Blangè, like a beautiful woman forever young. Born in 1985, Arneis Blangè was among the first big bets of Bruno and Marcello Ceretto. This wine is difficult to think of as a white, in the great moment of reds, for Ceretto; however, it was a brilliant intuition. The first plot was purchased on the hills of Vezza d'Alba, where the rare native vine would give much more than a new label to the collection. This fruity white, with its light perlage, now appreciated worldwide, is a wine that evokes a concept of elegance in its curious French name. Over the years, Blangè has become the emblem of the Ceretto brothers' intuition and creativity. The term Blangè derives from 'boulanger', the French baker who settled near Cherasco in ancient times. So, tangible things, simple gestures and ideas starting with the 'shameless' label created by Milanese designer Silvio Coppola to reveal, as if through a seductive slit, the intense soul of Blangè.

And so we are looking to the future: our family is a group with a shared vision, we make decisions together, guided by respect for expertise: we give those who have something to contribute - to the company, and to the territory - the tools to achieve that vision.
Everything is culture: from award-winning gastronomy at Piazza Duomo to traditional Piedmontese cuisine at La Piola, and our art projects. The Chapel by Sol Lewitt and David Tremlett, in a Barolo Brunate vineyard at La Morra, places art in an agricultural landscape, elevating and celebrating it: there is an educational element, not direction from above but contamination from below.
