Description
Still rosé from Tuscany IGT, produced by Castello di Ama. 100% Sangiovese. 0.75 l bottle, 2024 vintage. A Purple Rose born from Castello di Ama's passion for Sangiovese, a rosé that expresses the freshness and elegance of the Tuscan terroir. Fermentation in second-passage oak of approximately 30% of the must gives the wine greater longevity and improved color stability, while also complexifying its aroma, enhancing the pleasant bouquet of red fruits with deeper notes. Primary fruity aromas recall cherry and ripe strawberry. Bright purple hues. The attack immediately reveals this wine's personality. Persistent on the palate, it evokes red fruits and mineral notes. An extraordinary freshness completes the flavor profile.
