Still red wine from Piedmont, 12.5% ABV, produced by Cascina Fontana. 100% Dolcetto, 0.75L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Dolcetto d'Alba that embodies the tradition of the Langhe, with a label celebrating joy and conviviality. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks. Aged in the same containers for 5 months. The nose reveals an intense bouquet of plum and fresh, crisp berries. Bright ruby red color with purple highlights. Aromas of plum and fresh, crisp berries are also found on the palate, supported by light tannins and a savory finish.
