Description
The Brunello di Montalcino is aged in Slavonian oak barrels for about 30 months and in bottles for one year. It originates from the company's historic vineyards, as early as 1873, Sangiovese was cultivated on the 12 hectares of the 'Vigna Nuova di Fiesole', continuing in its constant quality that is exalted in elegance and finesse.

Wine making | After the grapes have been harvested, which is done strictly by hand, the bunches are transported to the winery, where they are checked on a sorting table to remove any parts that are not deemed suitable for the high quality to be achieved. A machine then separates the grapes from the stalks, which fall onto a further sorting table. The grapes, thus selected, go by gravity into the vats, where the vinification process takes place. |
