Classic method sparkling rosé brut, produced by Cantine Monfort in Trentino Alto Adige. Blend: 50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir. 0.75 l bottle. A Trento DOC born from the passion of the Simoni family, a dream born in 1945. Aged 30 months on the lees. Fine and persistent perlage. Intense and complex aroma, with fruity notes of strawberry and red apple. Delicate antique rose color. Rich, fragrant, harmonious, and persistent flavor. A perfect wine for celebrating special occasions, ideal as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes.

| Wine making | Traditional "Metodo Classico" in compliance with the specifications. Pressing followed by white vinification typical for high quality sparkling wine bases, which preserves the colour of the variety. Fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature of around 18° C and the wine then remains on the lees until shortly before drawing, which takes place the following spring. |
