Description
Sweet Passito from Sicily, Marsala DOC, 18% ABV, produced by Bianchi. 0.75 L bottle. A Marsala Superiore G.D. Ambra Dolce that tells the story of a winery that has operated within the ancient Baglio Woodhouse since 1950. Vinification involves the addition of wine alcohol to halt fermentation and achieve an alcohol content of 18% ABV. Aged for over two years in oak barrels. The aroma is ethereal and distinctive, reminiscent of raisins and honey. A wine with an intense straw yellow color, tending towards golden, that is warm, velvety, and delicately sweet on the palate. Perfect with cantuccini di Prato, dry pastries, and desserts.
