Still white wine from Alto Adige, 13% ABV, produced by Cantina Valle Isarco. 100% Pinot Bianco. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Pinot Bianco that expresses the freshness and minerality of the Alto Adige terroir, produced by the region's youngest cooperative, founded in 1961. Gentle processing and pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation. Aged on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation. The result is a yellow wine with greenish highlights, with a delicate bouquet of flowers and fruit. On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied, and velvety, with an elegant body and a fresh acidity that makes it perfect for any occasion.
