Description
Still white wine Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT, 13.5% ABV, produced by Cantina Valle Isarco. Blend: Gruner Veltliner, Kerner, Pinot Grigio, Sylvaner Verde. 0.75 l bottle, 2021 vintage. A wine born from the passion of Cantina Valle Isarco, a cooperative founded in 1961, for the white wines of Alto Adige. Altitude: 600 - 850 m above sea level. Exposure: south / southwest. Stony alluvial soils containing diorite, rich in gravel. Harvest: early October, grapes picked exclusively by hand. Fermentation and maturation for 18 months on the fine lees in barriques. Aged in bottle. Bouquet of white flowers, with notes of tropical fruit and peach, white pepper, incense, and a delicately citrus finish. Straw yellow color with light golden reflections. Complex and rounded, with a lively palate and consistent with the Valley's typical freshness. Sensations of ripe fruit and spice prevail, leading to an elegant and savory finish.
